The sheets of one bed was stained, at 2 am three people or more fighting in the parking lot until the police arrived, no one from my family slept. We were terrified. I'm not going back to this hotel.

Initially hesitated to stay here but was highly and pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room, safe location, kind and welcoming professional staff, very clean room and bathroom, and quiet location. I wouldn’t stay here again. The floor was coming up, we checked in and only had half a roll of used toilet paper. Only two very small towels, no one coming to clean. Very noisy, off a two lane highway. Heard cars whizzing around all night. Was woken up at 1 am by people talking and smoking right outside of our room wasn’t even worth the inexpensive price they charge. Would never come back. Not very clean or safe. It was sketchy.

Pay closer attention to the cable service. It was late and we didn’t want to call for service, but the cable signal was coming in interrupted to the point we couldn’t watch TV. Still a pleasant night with a newly renovated bathroom and working refrigerator.

Would have been better if pool was accessible earlier in the day when it is extremely hot outside. The bathroom in room 221 was missing the toilet paper holder. This should've been fixed before renting out the room to the next guest. The overhead lamp above the bed closest to the window was flickering during the entire stay. The fan in the bathroom barely worked, and the entry door to the room gets stuck when you try to open it.

Hot and sunny pool time, good comfort
The room was clean, the bathroom could use new grout on the floor. The sink and tub needed their drain stoppers installed. Otherwise we loved the amenities and location. We had fresh coffee every morning, the pool was spotless and had new concrete borders. The pool had excellent sun on it and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

The workers were very polite and nice. Very welcoming and wanted to make sure we were comfortable in the room. The room was very clean but there were things in the room itself that needed fixed, ex toilet paper holder, bedspread and pillow case needed stains removed.

Everything was good, clean, and well taken care of but we were packing bags and changing right before we left and mid change, the front desk lady used her own key to unlock our door without knocking to let us know we we’re supposed to check out at 10 AM and it was 10:01 am, not exaggerating. Invasive and extremely disrespectful as my fiancé and I were both changing. We then walked out and were fully checked out by 10:03.

Hi Dough, Please check again for how many nights you had a room for. You have reserved only for one night. You thought you reserved for 2 nights. Then you came to office and you admit that you had a room for 1 night only. So where is the desk clerks fault. We would love to have guest staying here for more nights. Please check your reservation one more time and if you have booked for 2 nights then you should ask for second night refund from expedia. Because you have paid them.
