Only 500 mt. from the beach of "Nisportino", surrounded by greenery and the silence of the beautiful surroundings of the Mediterranean, there is the Villa at Peri: the house has its own entrance and beautiful views of the gulf. Excellent solution for those who wish to combine relaxation and rest, for a seaside holiday.
And 'divided into 3 apartments recently built and furnished to a good standard, satellite TV and large covered terraces. All terraces have privacy dividers and are equipped for dining out. Parking inside the property.
Trilocale 4 beds on two levels has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, open-air loft with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace of 15 sqm.

Ruhe, Natur und herrliche Aussicht

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herzlichen Dank!

Alles bestens

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche in Nisportino. Das Apartment ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten. Zurück geht es steil bergauf. Nisportino liegt sehr abgelegene und ruhig in einem kleinen Tal. Am Strand gibt es ein Restaurant. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto 15 - 20 Minuten fahren. Die Strecken sind kurvig und steil durch die Berge. Vom Vermieter sind wir sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Ferien Wohnung ist zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhige Lage und ein netter Gastgeber. Der Strand ist überschaubar und schön.

Natur pur!

Nisportino: wandern, baden und die Natur geniessen weitab vom Trubel der Tourismusindustrie. Der ehemalige Campingplatz liegt brach, statt Menschen tummeln sich jetzt dort Wildschweine, die Natur erobert sich die Herrschaft zurück. Bis 15. Juni (Ferienbeginn in IT) ist man fast allein, dann wird es voller, wir hatten in der 3. Woche leider sehr laute Nachbarn und auf den Terrassen herrschte teilweise Grossraumbüroathmosphäre. Die Italiener lieben ihre Smartphones sehr und die Handynitis wurde dort zur Volkskrankheit. Die Villata ai Peri liegt am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang ca. 10 min. Fussweg vom Strand. Unser Appartement war sehr sauber und Umberto ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Einzig das Kochgeschirr entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es gibt eine gemeisam genutzte Waschmaschine, jedoch keinen Geschirrspüler. In Rio Marina(20 min. Fahrzeit)gibt es 2 gut sortierte Supermärkte. Am Strand in Nisportino liegt das einzige örtliche Restaurant, leider überteuert angesichts der gebotenen Leistung. Nisportino können wir allen empfehlen, die in der Vor- und Nebensaison Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Erholung pur

Saubere und nette Wohneinrichtung. Der Balkon ist goldwert. Herrlicher Blick in eine Bucht und Lichtspiele bei Sonnenuntergang, die man nicht missen will. Korsika immer in sichtweise. Ein toller Gastgeber. Seine Hilfsbereitschaft ist einmalig. Man muss ihn mögen. Immer wieder dorthin. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vacanza bellissima

Siamo stati in questa struttura 10 giorni a fine luglio, 4 adulti e una bambina. La descrizione rispecchia la proprietà: ambiente pulito curato e fresco. La terrazza ombreggiata è il punto forte dell appartamento dove si può mangiare con vista mare. Molto comodo anche il barbecue nel cortile esterno. Il proprietario cordiale e disponibile a dare sempre suggerimenti su dove recarsi. La spiaggia vicina vivibile, mai troppo affollata con un mare bellissimo. Da qui abbiamo visitato diverse spiagge sempre con l utilizzo dell auto, mare bellissimo ovunque.
