Beach reachable a few meters on foot, fresh and salt water pools available to guests of the District and many other services. The district extends over more than 100 hectares, set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in the Municipality of Rio on the Island of Elba. Access is reserved exclusively for members and their guests and is regulated by a private security service. The district is divided into around 200 housing units including villas, terraced houses and apartments. Guests will have parking for the car, use of the house and all the private services of the District. Among the services available to Guests at Capo d'Arco: fresh water swimming pools and splendid sea water swimming pools dug into the rock, rocky and sandy beaches, sunbed service, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, self-service, food etc. The services of the District are active only in season, i.e. from the end of May to mid-September.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Sea View Villa - Sleeps 7 + 1 Beds
The accommodation is independent with a very large and terraced private garden, sea view terraces with outdoor lounge and tables. Internally the apartment is on 2 levels. On the first level there is a large living room with sea view, a large eat-in kitchen with a long table, hall and day bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (two matrimonial, and two doubles, one with a pull-out bed) and three bathrooms, as well as a small terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning following a recent renovation. There are all the necessary appliances, dishwasher, and washing machine.We recommend the structure to families, for groups of adults larger than 6 the layout of the rooms does not guarantee comfort and privacy.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00 to be paid to the property on site
- smoking is prohibited in all our facilities
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- change bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
