Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Necesito ayuda sobre esta reserva, al momento de hacer el check in, no tenían las habitaciones reservadas libres, en lugar de 2 habitaciones triples querían que nos hospedemos en una habitación con 6 camas y un baño pequeñito, la habitación estaba en pésimas condiciones al igual que el hotel, todo desgastados húmedo a un ventilación. Nos dijeron. Que nos podíamos ir si queríamos y no estábamos de acuerdo con la habitación disponible y que directamente pongamos la queja en expedia. Necesito el reembolso de esta estadía nisiquiera hice el check in porque las condiciones eran pésimas tengo video de todo
