"My end room was perfect Bed was soft and comfortable Supper and breakfast was delicious I will stay here the next time I return to Riobamba Staff was excellent and helpful "

"Not the best experience. We booked the private room with a king bed for one night and the place was not very clean - dust everywhere, random roaches, and a musty smell. The toilet seat also did not stay up so you have to hang on to it just to use it. The shower head was also not working so water only came from the bottom of the basin. Also, despite what the booking says, there was no breakfast included. The staff was also nowhere to be found most of the time. Overall just not my cup of tea or what I had expected. "
