Magical views

We stayed in one of the gites. The surroundings are stunning- distant views across the Herault in a wonderfully renovated building. Autumn chestnuts all around and calm surrounds. About 15 mins drive from pretty Olargues. Le Chene backs on to another gite and when this was occupied, we could hear everything they were doing. (We had to wait for our neighbours to hit the hay before we could too.) This is an ideal place for a big group who can live happily side by side across the gites. The grounds are beautiful and the whole place is simply beautiful. Graham is a wonderful owner and host who clearly loves his home. He was generous with his time, uncovering the pool for an October dip and showing us his amazing work in the buildings. Lovely place for a rest with family and friends.

Un gite idéalement placé pour une randonnée d'une journée sur le sentier des légendes après une belle tempête de vent qui a entrainé une coupure d'électricité sur toute la région. Graham a été super gentil et serviable. Soirée aux bougies près du poêle mémorable.
