Paso Robles Nut House · Casa Delle Noci-Beautiful Rambling Ranch House

"We absolutely LOVED this house!!!! My family has rented many homes over the years and this one ranks among the best!!! It truly had everything you need to keep your family comfortable and entertained...inside and out! We cooked all of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen & pantry. Our teens had a blast in the game room, playing pool, ping pong and foosball. The pool is gorgeous, which brings me to THE VIEWS!!! We sat outside for morning coffee every morning and marveled at the gorgeous views of almond trees and rolling hills. We also loved having beautiful cows nearby and paid them many visits!! The proximity to Hearst Ranch Winery was great too and we walked over for a tasting! Overall, we just loved everything about this place...once you get your groceries, you never have to leave! "

"As with a bottle of wine, this vineyard retreat began to "open up" and add depth and flavor as soon as we arrived. Melanie, our host, greeted us with cookies and a tour of our spacious, well appointed suite. The hilltop views of endless vineyards went on for miles in three directions. Melanie also gave us some valuable incites into the wine centric culture of the valley and suggested we visit several smaller wineries that reflected these traditions. This led us to a series of winery visits with family owned wineries hosted by second generation family members. Often, we were the only ones in the tasting room which allowed for extended, often in-depth and personal stories about their family and their love of the wine business. At each visit, we would ask which other wineries should we visit. This led us to a most extraordinary day in wine country which we will treasure always. As we were leaving, I met Melanie's husband Jonathan, He took the time to describe their nine acre working vineyard of zinfandel grapes which are harvested and sold to the Hearst Ranch Winery for processing and bottling. I shared with him that I have stayed in VRBOs in the US and Europe and theirs was head and shoulders the best."
"Very cozy home in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants in walking distance. We loved Leo’s for breakfast burritos! Host had beautiful rose bushes and a private outdoor seating area for us. Loved staying here away from the hustle and bustle of Paso Robles. "

"What a beautiful property overlooking a vineyard! The room was large, comfortable and decorated stylishly. Bed was comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. It was relaxing and quiet. Perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony looking at the scenic view. We will definitely be back next time we come to Paso"
"It was my son's wedding weekend and our stay was perfect. The big kitchen allowed us to prep for the rehearsal dinner/reception. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. We had a small issue with the garage door opener and maintenance took care of it. The only suggestion that would have made it better is if there had been a third full bathroom. I'm not sure how that could be resolved but may be something to think about for the future. It was perfect for our needs, and the location was very convenient. "
