Same great hosts! New cottage!

Our first time at Cobblestone Cottage, usually having stayed at the Hay Loft next door. Katherine and Pete excelled themselves once again with their welcome and providing a beautiful cottage for us to enjoy a wonderful relaxing week in lovely Ripon. Roomy, very comfortable and excellently equipped - we will definitely be back!

An excellent cottage

2nd stay at this comfortable well equipped cottage. Great condition throughout with a good range of equipment and features. Ideally placed for visiting a wide range of 'days out' locations including Knaresborough, Pateley Bridge, Himalayan Gardens, Fountains Abbey and of course Ripon.

Cosy cottage

Cottage was very cosy and handy for Ripon, Harrogate and the rest of the Dales. Its very well equipped and the owner left a lovely welcome pack with homemade cake for when we arrived. We would stay again.

Great cottage in a lovely area.

We felt at home in Cobblestone Cottage, everything was clean and well looked after. Katherine and Pete were very friendly, and they left us a really good welcome pack too. There is a plenty to do in the area and the cottage is only a fifteen minute walk from the town centre. Lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from. The three museums were interesting, and we were lucky enough to be in the cathedral when the choir and a brass band were practicing. A very enjoyable stay.

Another enjoyable stay

Thank you to Katherine and Pete for their warm welcome, flowers and goodies. The cottage is such an home from home. Off street parking and a quiet location, but within a short walk to Ripon city centre, a perfect combination. We look forward to returning soon.

A Perfect Place to Stay

This delightfully appointed cottage had everything we could wish for. On arrival and contactless entry, we were greeted with all sorts of edible and drinkable goodies. Our hosts, Katharine and Peter, were friendly, available at all times, and attentive to our needs without being intrusive. We stayed for over a week during which we visited both the Yorkshire Dales and the Moors, as well as enjoying Ripon, a beautiful historic small city. Don't miss the Cathedral! A perfect place to stay.

Lovely stay

We were very welcomed by a warm and cosy home . There were fresh flowers , cake , biscuits and savoury snacks plus a choice of alcohol in the fridge . The beds were very comfortable and had good quality bedding . There was plenty of towels . The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need .

Quality cottage, great location.

We really enjoyed staying at Cobblestone Cottage in Ripon. The property is first class and extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you need in the kitchen. The owner, Katherine, provided a very generous welcome pack, probably the nicest we have ever been given in any holiday cottage. I won't detail as it's a nice surprise for anyone staying. We love the hills of York Dales but often come to Ripon, and the property has a great location for walks from the door and trips further afield. We would highly recommend!

The house is maintained perfectly. Everything inside is in top order. We loved staying in it every minute, even if the weather was not at its best. The heating, the kitchen the beds etc. all was first class. The Landlady was very helpful and positive and we enjoyed staying in Ripon.We only can recommend this place to anyone interested.
