Riposto Pet-friendly Hotel

"The hotel is a lovely old converted winery and is situated in a very large Orange/Lemon orchard in the middle of the countryside. The hotel rooms and grounds are stunning, with nice views of the Volcano/Sea and the bar/restaurant are both excellent. "Beautiful scenery with views of Etna. Safe parking area if you have your own car. Staff were very nice and very accommodating and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. Room was nice, clean and spacious and had free wi-fi."

"The worst service I have ever received at a hotel in my life.On arrival they kept me waiting in reception for 25 minutes without explanation.The room they tried to put me in was about 6 sq. m. whereas the room I had booked was 40 sq. m. When I checked my emails later I found they had sent me an email that my morning saying the booking had been cancelled because the electricity was not working.The booking had been made through Expedia- it had been confirmed and paid for.They had obviously lied...
