Bed and pillows were comfy. Water for shower was nice and hot. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Bed bugs was crawling around on the pillows. I have videos of them. They then moved me to another room. As soon as the light were turned on there was a million roaches. Well where do I begin, the kitchen was not equipped to cook meals. We had to purchase pots and pans to allow us to cook meals. There were no plates, very little silverware and overall, The place was dirty. The bedroom next to laundry had a broken bed. There was only about 5 gallons worth of hot water. ...
