"The pictures on Expedia sites are a bit misleading as there is no way that you can see The Ganga from your balcony and the games room pictures are from their other hotel up the road. Having said that, we did sleep well and the breakfast was okay. "

"Location is amazing… very peaceful and right next to the ghat, which connects to Triveni Ghat. Perfect for aarti or just sitting by the river at night. But the room description is misleading, especially for the price you pay. They mention “lake view with balcony,” and honestly, I don’t understand what made them write lake view—there is no lake, it’s the Ganga river. Also, there is no private balcony in any room, just a common one outside the main lobby. So book accordingly and don’t expect a balcony room. Basics like bucket/mug, Wi-Fi details, and drinking water were also not provided upfront. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but these things definitely need to be fixed."

"All was as expected good service, comfortable bed, clean bedding, attentive staff and quick to response. Definitely would book again. Although road improvement work outside this did effect our stay A Wonderful stay great location and thanks goes to all the staff and management for making our stay there special."

"The staff at the hotel are brilliant! From the ladies on reception, to the Bellman/Porters who took our luggage to and from the rooms. I had a booking for 4 premier double rooms. Sadly, the pictures and information advertised in Expedia is innacurate and misleading, as it shows the image, and states the description of a "suite" for the "premier double room". So on our arrival, i was expecting a suite style room as per the image, but they told me that only 2 rooms (Suites) in the hotel have this, and are already booked. Furthermore, the description states "interconnected rooms", but again, this is only a feature of the 2 suites they have at the hotel, and is not available in the premier double rooms. So the two features i liked, and based my booking decision on, were not present in any of our 4 rooms. The reception were kind and honest enough to acknowledge this error, but it was not possible to rectify or compensate us for anything."
