Welcome to this idyllic holiday home in Rivedoux-Plage, where relaxation and rejuvenation await! Imagine enjoying your breakfast bathed in the gentle morning breeze, diving into a refreshing pool, basking in the sun while devouring a good book, and then gathering around a delicious barbecue. This house is simply perfect for that. It can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults max) and its outdoor area is a true haven of peace.
With an area of 120 m², this house, tastefully furnished and bathed in light, offers you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. The fully equipped kitchen in the main house includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine (beans), a toaster and a citrus press. You can enjoy your delicious meals at a large wooden table, ideal for convivial moments. The living room is a cosy space where you can relax in front of your favourite series. The large openings overlooking the gardens offer a soothing view of the pool and allow you to enjoy a fresh breeze during your meals.
The night area consists of three bedrooms. The master suite offers a view of the garden and has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (single on top and double 180 x 190 on the bottom), while the third will delight children with its cabin bed (two single beds on top and a single bed on the bottom). These last two bedrooms overlook another small garden, creating a peaceful space.
The house also includes a studio adjacent to the main house (communicating). You will find a second kitchen equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. A double sofa bed (160 cm) will allow you to rest in complete serenity. The studio also has a shower room with toilets and a private terrace.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house is equipped with a heated swimming pool at 28 degrees (available from 15/05 to 30/09), a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with toilets, a separate WC, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, a high chair, a Bluetooth speaker and 4 parking spaces.
*This house being a main residence, be prepared to receive visits from Paoli, the cat who normally occupies the premises, even if he is temporarily housed with the neighbour. Do not be surprised if he comes to be curious and greet you.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:

- 700 m from the restaurant "La Chaloupe de Rivedoux"

This location benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout the stay for personalised services. During the stay, there will be no renewal of household linen, nor cleaning.
