「Overall, we were satisfied and very satisfied with breakfast. It was lovely. The beds were clean, lobby clean etc. The only questionable thing was our bathroom wasn’t 100% very usable but only because we had wipes to clean it with…… we’re talking to hairs and dust along the edges of the bathroom and things that make you question the other part. I wouldn’t not stay here again because of it, but it was a bit disappointing.」

「This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is...

「Mattress was dipped on one side and uncomfortable. Room was spacious, but bathroom was small. Wi-Fi was out the first day we were there, finally available the next day. Hot breakfast food was cold, luckily there was a microwave. There was no yogurt, so I asked the lady at the front desk and she said they were out and would have to order more. About 30 minutes later I walked by and there was yogurt in the fridge.」

「Whoever reviewed this property stating it was clean definitely lied. There were stains and holes in both the curtains and shower curtain, along with mold and pink buildup around the bathtub. What was most concerning was the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. My son splashed water on the bathroom floor, and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel came away brown/gray and picked up pubic hair that clearly had not been cleaned. His stuffed animal also picked up pubic hair from the carpet and...
