「Sam was an excellent and responsive host. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony looking out at the lake. The evenings were nice sitting by the fire pit with a nice fire. The location was very convenient for exploring different areas nearby.」

VRBO has contacted host several times regarding issue to try and obtain refund and Host never answers. No refund received yet and it's been almost 30 days」
