「It was a combination of things that resulted in this score including a non-functional outlet at the bathroom vanity and exterior lights at the entry door and patio that were off for the duration of our stay that created a safety concern. Other things like nowhere to put your suitcase or even drinking glasses plus only two bath towels were provided for the duration of our three-night stay. All these items were brought up to the management team but there was no resolution by the time we checked...

We enjoyed our days in the pool and also playing pool and all the other activities at the house. Monica was quick to respond and thought of all the little extras like water on the night stand to bubbly and snacks on the counter. We would definitely love to stay here again.
