Small condo located in a nice and safe neighborhood . 400 mbps WiFi available . Condo has a 4K Roku TV with free Netflix & HBO. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, rice maker, crockpot, dishes and silverware. Kitchen essentials provided include salt & pepper, sugar, coffee and cooking oil. There is a community pool which is shared by the neighbors in the community.
The space
The three bedrooms are average size. The kitchen is small but has all the essentials. Please note that the space next to the kitchen is a hybrid dining area and living room and it is very small.

Please keep in mind that the kitchen, dining area, living room are very small. Two of the bedrooms are average size and one of the rooms is very spacious. This is a two-story condo. This condo is listed as a three bedroom 1.5 bathroom. We highly recommend using the bathtub upstairs. There is however a small shower downstairs but it is very small and not very convenient to use. You are welcome to use it but again we are listing this as a 1.5 bathroom because it will not be convenient for you to use the downstairs shower.
