OK for average business trip but dont expect much

the staff were very friendly, overall ok for business BUT it could do with a deep clean, the walls were not the cleanest and the carpet was stained.

New but Dirty, Poor Wi-Fi, Careless Housekeeping

The Door Key expired automatically every 3-5 days, which needed you to go to the reception counter to re-activate it; if you are staying here for a long period, e.g. 28 days for my trip, it's very annoying. The Wi-Fi Password expired automatically every 3 days, which needed you to go to the reception counter to get another password; if you are staying here for a long period, again, it's extremely annoying. The Wi-Fi was extremely bad, there was always no signal in the room, I have to use my own 4G network. The cups, spoons, and kettle were dirty... The housekeeping was careless, they did not providing me new bottled water for many times, sometimes not providing new towels, not providing shampoo, not refilling paper tissues, not taking away dirty towels, leaving rubbish in the room, not taking the laundry bag, also returning laundry 3 days late, and even NOT DOING THE HOUSEKEEPING from my leave at 7:30am to my return at 8:30pm on 1 day, etc... There were so many problems that I requested to cancelled the remaining nights but the Managers rejected. There was one thing impressive : the working staff were nice and friendly. However, with what I experienced above, I would not choose any of their hotels anymore. By the way, the ground floor was under inovation for the whole period of my stay. And the taxi driver DO NOT KNOW about this hotel that they need your guide to drive to the hotel.

It was good and clean but there are no windows in the room, and the breakfast was too bad. Also, there hot water wasn't running properly and there is no fan in the bathroom

The hotel is not the same as before

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my colleague. One of the rooms was not available when we checked in, although it was at 9 PM. I had stayed in this hotel many times in the past abf it was excellent. They apparently changed ownership and brand, to something called Spectrums. The management is terrible, customer service does not exist. Honestly, this is the last time i would book in this hotel, and if I had known that the brand has changed, i wouldn't have booked in it.

Vacuuming as late as 11pm outside our door. Random allocation of towels. Sometimes none. Most times 1. Sometimes 2. Very noisy. Cramped, old rooms.

الاثاث ابيض بشكل عام و سهل التوسخ و مستهلك و يوجد غبار في بعض الاماكن في الغرفة و لا توجد منشفة للشخص الاخر في الغرفة و تم طلب المنشفة و لكن للاسف لا يتم الرد على الهاتف الا بعد المرة الرابعة و تاخر العامل كثيرا في احضار المنشفة

The property was local to the office No staff on the front desk at checkin, not very welcoming when they finally arrived. Bedroom unmade (at 16.45) next day, when I returned from work so couldn’t be used. Previous occupant’s food left in the bedroom (unfinished take-away). WiFi password changed randomly during stay without notice or explanation. Wrong food order delivered to bedroom by room service.
