I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic — a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the amazing staff; they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

Service was very good, a very friendly and welcoming hotel. The facility was so and so, location good. My first stay at a A Loft hotel, excellent for a 4 star hotel.

Alof is a guarantee of professionalism. I am often a guest also in other Countries and the standard is always high. This one in Riyadh makes no exception. NOTE: the air conditioning is noisy, so one may be willing to shut it down at night. With obvious consequences...

The hotel was just ok, the staff are just average, the rooms are average, the room service is so bad , the phones don’t work and the replacement of towels and coffee/ teas and cups and water bottles, are not good. Nothing to welcome you( no biscuits) dull and boring if you are on holiday . If you are on business it’s okay . No hotel experience

location ++ comfort ++ communication with staff --

- Very good location in city centre with access to many places around, easy access to the hotel as well with car park in the basement. - Very comfortable and quiet.- You get nice sleeping there. - Top cleanliness top. - Great facilities altogether. - Staff is very friendly and kind but has serious difficulties to understand simple things. Had a couple of unnecessary miscommunications and misunderstandings which caused to go back and fourth to the reception.
