The room was clean, well-maintained, air conditioning was the right temperature. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. I did not try their breakfast but I did try their coffee at Al Nakheel Restaurant and it was very nice. The hotel is ideally situated close to the Al Batha'a metro station and there are some restaurants and plenty of grocery shops around. I did not have enough time to explore but I heard there are many things around the hotel to check out. Overall I would recommend the hotel, they have a business center, a beautiful and cosy lobby with a cafe.

Great Management

As African-Americans who value kindness. respect and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. We have been to Riyahd multiple times and have had week-long stays at this Four Points Sheraton. We are from America and experienced Great Customer service. Friendly. Cleanliness. The Manager was always very helpful and professional.

Room size is excellent but not overly clean. TV did not work so I requested a replacement TV or change of room - neither of which they did. I left the ‘make up room’ light on for two days and no one came to clean or change sheets. Location is not great and surrounded by building works. Also three Ubers refused to take me there from the airport as it took 2 hours in traffic at 7pm when I landed

Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . It has Starbucks inside the hotel . I hope I could have book more days here . So A++ for awesome
