Keshar at breakfast in the lobby restaurant was very helpful & prompt with the service. The facilities coupled with the excellent staff will be my first choice to stay when I am back in Riyadh next time. Thank you & keep up the great work."

"The hotel staff were very attentive and made certain that I had everything that I needed. The tranquility of the Palace in the evening was perfect - despite the hotel renovations being done. Care was taken to be certain that noise was kept to an absolute minimum. Thank the staff profusely for their kindness! I always contact the IHG Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace or Crowne Plaza Al Waha when I travel to the Kingdom. The service is always impeccable!"

"I stayed for three nights with two kids. The staff are next-level humble and accommodating. A level of hospitality that is unmatched. I highly recommend Novotel Sahafa to any family.
