「I rented this property for New Year's because of the prime location. My friend and I had a great time and were very comfortable in the space. It has a little office area with a door in case you need to get some work done while others watch TV. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils/pots/pans. This property is pet friendly and worked well for my poodle. Just keep in mind that it's an apartment so you'll need to take your dog outside for little walks. 」

「We had a fine stay, though there was no dining table or desk for us to work at. Each bedroom had the world's largest TV which might be nice for a very specific kind of renter but it seemed a little over the top for us. Would have preferred a desk space or something more functional. Over」

「Very clean, nicely appointed, and in a good location for downtown activities. For anyone with mobility issues, know that there is a short downhill walk on pavement to the entrance. Once inside there are more steps down from the kitchen to the living room and one step up into the bedrooms. Not an issue for us but could be for others. Would stay again if in Roanoke.」

「We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...

「This unit was very nice and had what I needed, but the complex did not have an elevator. Or at least not an easily accessible one that I could find. Nor was there street parking near this unit because I arrived late, so I had to make several trips from the parking lot, navigating a flight of stairs to bring my pet and all of my stuff to this unit. The following morning there was a housekeeper looming before check out and the door locked at exactly 11am. There was nothing easy about this stay...」
