Did not utilize parking. Staff in reception area and morning breakfast were very friendly. Bar staff were hit or miss in terms of friendliness. Wifi was great. Cruise ship visitors were annoying.

The room was dated. For the price I expected more. The pools were clean. Mario was very attentive to my family’s needs. I had a problem with the lighting outside of my room and once I brought it to his attention he had the problem fixed immediately. I think that lighting issue should have been addressed ...
