Awesome spot! Feels very secluded, yet there are community fire pits if you want to socialize. Love the parking spots and amenities provided! Will stay again.
Great location to tail of the dragon, ended up doing it three times. Nice private area just off the beaten path which was nice. Would be nice to have a coffee table or something to eat off of. Brought back pizza and ate on the ground ( did not want to get grease on bed or couch). Great having stocked coffee pot in room had creamer but wish it had sugar for my wife.
The treehouse was unforgettable. We loved it. The location is so close to the Tail of the Dragon. Thank you for the memories made. I cant wait to come back.
This is an awesome property to stay at. Much more unique than just a hotel/motel room. Excellent bed, large room, great water pressure from the shower. My wife and I plan on returning again in the future.

Excellent area for motorcycle riding with treehouse centrally located. Bed extremely comfortable
Very nice place
Comfy bed
Nice towels
Clean and enjoyable
Only caveat is The town has a high poverty level- trailers, and a bit run down
But that doesn’t affect the stay here. It didn’t bother me that much as Murphy Nc is only 30 min. Drive
I would stay here again.
Awesome secluded place to stay. Very cozy and clean. I am very glad we brought our “camping bin” however that has a lot of supplies, like utensils, paper plates, pan, spatula etc. We cooked all our meals on the grill. The kitchenette is nice but very small. The only sink is in the bathroom.
Great access to the Tail of the Dragon (25 min drive) which was the reason for our trip.
If you bring a trailer DO NOT try and take it to your cabin. Park outside the gate
On the spur of the moment, my husband and I decided to take a road trip. We chose the tree houses for an overnight stay and we’re very pleased. We arrived late, but found the room clean and comfortable, the instructions, explicit, and it was well lit for our climb upstairs. We enjoyed a coffee on the balcony in the morning and a little stroll by the river before we took off in the morning. Very quiet and enjoyable
Thank you for your hospitality
Unique setting in the treetops. I would not call this luxurious, however. I was hoping for more trails to explore but there was just a very short path down to the water. Adjacent property is private homes so no exploring.
Very basic: coffee but no sugar or cream.
Still a good experience

The photos do not do justice to this dreamy, adventurous getaway. The cabin was not only secluded and serene, it was modern with stunning high ceilings, impeccably clean and full of thoughtful details. From an area to clean your vehicle and gear (complete with cleaner and towels) to skewers and firewood provided for marshmallow roasting to a pack of cards on the top shelf - the hosts literally thought of everything. A one-mile walk to town for any last minute needs and a mini fridge, freezer, microwave and grill to make yourself at home. The bed is super comfortable, a ceiling fan, fireplace and AC keep the room at whatever temp you like. Nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the river and waking up to gentle light coming through the tree canopy of the skylights. Very motorcycle friendly for anyone thinking about Tail of the Dragon - very easy to get a trailer in to a dedicated parking area, and covered parking for your truck and/or bikes is right at your unit. Cannot rate this experience highly enough! 10/10 for sure!
The place was clean and modern. It’s not super quiet though. There was an idiot just across the stream weedwacking a hillside. Probably about 100ft from our cabin. He did this for hours! Both nights we stayed, this idiot was trimming for like 4 hours. From like 4pm till dark. Super annoying..
