"Stayed here for the night during a road trip to Oklahoma. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very convenient. "

We booked the suite just for a relaxing evening and the tub doesn't work. I called the front desk and was told sorry and then thank you. No offer to switch rooms. We checked out around midnight because the bed was hard as a rock and when we went downstairs with all our luggage the person at the front desks just checked us out and said we're all set like it wasn't obvious we didn't plan to not use something we spent money on. I didn't even try to mention anything to him, I could tell he just wanted us gone"
