"Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, ..."

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It overlooks the outskirts of Rome and consists of a rebuilt old farm. The staff was super and breakfast great. I never did use their restaurant, but from what I hear that too would have been excellent. Recommend."

"The house needs a lot of maintenance: microwave is hard to open, washer and electric kettle stopped working. The pool is nice, the view is good but there's factory near it and in the mornings there's smell of it. It's really hot in August without a/c, fans are helpful"
