Very short drive into Deadwood and a nice reprieve from the downtown fun! We also rented a UTV for a day and it was absolutely the best way to explore the Black Hills! "A very clean and well appointed option in the Black Hills. Great view from the back deck and the patio heater came in handy in the evening. Nice to be out in the hills where our dogs could run around and burn off some energy in the mornings and evenings. Easy check in and check out and the hosts were great to work with."

"One of the best places to stay in the Black Hills. My husband, kids and I have stayed at many different locations in the area. Mountain Escape is our favorite. The location is perfect. Beautiful spot just a few miles outside of Deadwood, right on the snowmobile trails, and right next to the gas station to fuel up. The cabin is perfectly set up for our family. "Walking distance to everything downtown! The unit is luxury Deadwood with beautiful furnishings and great bathroom with 2 sinks and big shower. The kitchen has everything you need. The host was good on getting us the information before we arrived and also text us a couple of times if we needed anything. We definitely will be staying there again!"
