1 Story Townhome in Rock Hill, close to Charlotte, Lake Wylie, Carowinds & I-77.

This Townhome is located near Lake Wylie, less than two miles from Ebenezer park, and boat launch, and yet is only minutes from Route 77, Carowinds Amusement park and Charlotte. This townhouse comes with 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms, the master having a queen size bed, a master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has been converted into an office space with desk and chair, and a full size futon. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a high top table for 4, a living room, front porch with two chairs, and back patio with a grill and patio set for 4. We have 2 parking spots for the rental, a full size washer and dryer (in unit), wi-fi, cable, and TV's in the living room and the master bedroom. The townhouse also comes with use of the community pool. We will provide sheets and towels if you would like.

The townhouse is the last building on the street, and has a back patio & yard with trees behind it. There is no smoking in the unit and ashtrays are located on both the patio and front porch for those who smoke. We do not allow any pets. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

We booked this property very close to our visit to Rock Hill, SC as our friends had family in town at the same time. This property put us 5mins away from them and was more comfortable than a hotel by a long shot.

Great Aquatic Center option.

We needed a location that was close to the aquatic center in Rock Hill and this was perfect. Wife and son stayed for the weekend of the state swim meet. They reported that everything was great and they would absolutely stay again.

High-speed internet with one wired connection available was super useful for three adults who all occasionally work from home, and the Roku was a great flexible entertainment option. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during a short work contract. Clean, comfortable, and most importantly I felt safe. Love that the owner asks you to come up with your own code for the door lock. This was the first time I didnt feel the need to use additional measures for my safety while inside. Excellent property.

This was my second extended here while working in the area. I stay in a lot of VRBO's. The owner of this property is the best I have ever had. Their communication is top notch. Solid Option

Quiet, clean, and all the furnishings you need to cook or relax. Location is just off the hustle and bustle of Rock Hill, but just about everything is a short 10-15 minute trip from stores, venues, or restaurants. You certainly would not go wrong staying here for anything you have happening in the Rock Hill area.

Granddaughter's HS Graduation Visit

This property is so homey and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and storage (closet & drawers) are ample. The kitchen is nicely stocked and everything a person needs is right here to prepare meals. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will stay here again for future visits to our son & family.
