“This was an excellent rental for a large family like ours. The kitchen was well stocked and of high quality products. All the essentials and even many extras were provided. The house was very clean and comfortable. The communication between us and the host was perfect. They were very responsive to all of our questions. The house was loaded with extra items for the kids to play with such as a miniature pool table and games in the garage. Wonderful stay. We would rent again without any hesitation.”

“Booked our stay 5/12 for 9/26/25 check-in, received conf#, and verified the dates showed blocked out on VRBO calendar listing. We purposely rented 2 cabins from same owner for out of town nephew's wedding for 9 ppldogfood for 2 days.At check-in, discovered 1 of the cabins had been double-booked! Occupants stated they booked the prior week with owner's daughter, Rachel/their friend. Rachel took responsibility for the error/admitted fault/apologized, unsuccessfully tried to find another cabin, and……

“Great location, no dishwasher (which I should have looked for before booking), and outside pathway leading to hot tube was littered with lots of dead leaves and dried mud. Although there was an outdoor mat on the ground in front of the hot tub, it was covered with dirt and mud. BUT the cabin was well stocked, perfect location, and the host replied to my inquiries promptly.”

“As described, Hottub was great! Super close to cloudland canyon state park and not super far from Chattanooga. Questionable electricals that flickers when the water was turned on made us concerned but didn’t ruin our stay. My 4* rating is due to the ticks everywhere. We brought our pup as it is a dog friendly place but every time we took her for a walk down the gravel road or let her out into the yard to pee she would come back with a tick. She wasn’t in the bushes, just in the yard or on/very……

“The place is exactly as described, they have added deck furniture/ picnic table and a fire table which were not pictured but a nice surprise! Hangliding near by provides entertainment as you sit on the deck. The view is breath taking and I enjoyed the bed swing at night listening to the crickets and looking at the stars. The only challenge we encountered was communication as it is a team not an individual and apperantly they weren't communicating amongst themselves. Our maintenance issue took……
