This cabin was great for celebrating our anniversary! It has all the amenities you could need, very clean, smooth check-in process, secluded yet close enough to all the attractions.

Very clean, well-equipped, and quiet log cabin! We enjoyed the fire pit and grill. Didn't have time for the hot tub - but next time! Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing weekend sept.6-8,2024.

We had a great weekend. It was the perfect cabin for our small family. We loved all the details, the house was super clean, well equipped and very cozy. We enjoyed every corner of that cabin. This was the 2nd time booking with Martinwoods cabins and we are looking to come back again!

Clean, private and very quiet.

My mom, sister and I absolutely loved this cabin. It was very, very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels were provided, for the bathroom, kitchen and hot tub. And...the fixings for smores were provided as well. I can't say enough good things about this cabin.

Quiet getaway

We have stayed at this cabin multiple times. It is the perfect quiet location to get away for a few days. The cabin is clean and comfortable and has all of the amenities needed to rest and relax. It is close to all of the Hocking Hills trails and activities if that is what your looking for. This location is great for staying in or going out... whichever your looking for.

Well kept cabin. Awesome location feels like you’re all by yourself. Very close to all things hocking has to offer. Absolutely no issues with the property. We had a wonderful 25th anniversary and a big part was staying at the property.

THE CABIN

The cabin was all we expected and more. Very well stocked with everything you could need. Super clean, most kitchen equipment that we have ever seen. Even more than at home. Very private place. No other cabins around. We had a 4wd truck. And had to use 4wd for the driveway. Even though it was dry when we went. Highly recommend this cabin.

Great cabin in great location for hiking

The owner met us at the cabin- which we've never experienced before. Very nice and welcoming. Cabin was unbelievably clean! Inside and out, which can't be easy since it is surrounded on 3 sides by the woods. Loved the screened in porch! Plenty of space inside and nice little fire pit out outside. Warnings about the driveway were legit! You need AWD or 4 WD for sure. Great location as we were in the center of Hocking Hills State Park and close to all the hiking trails. Overall, very nice stay!

Nice surprise!

This place was as it was advertised—probably better. Easy to get to with directions provided. Great out of the way place with no one to be seen from anywhere on the property—-you will NOT have neighbors just a few feet away in another cabin/rental. Driveway is steep but not bad unless you have a low riding car perhaps. Great hot tub. Check in and out was easy. Friendly host. Would definitely stay there again. Not that far at all to places such as hiking and food (in town—Logan). Will be looking to bring family over to one of their two bigger cabins.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Our friends were getting married at Hocking Manor and this was the perfect location to be close to their site for wedding weekend festivities but also have our own space to come back to when needed. The cabin was very clean and cozy with everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were a little uncomfortable and took some getting used to and back screened in porch could use some lights (string lights would be amazing!) but other than that it was the perfect stay! Be prepared for the hill up the driveway though - it’s no joke! 😅 Thank you to for a lovely stay near all things Hocking Hills. What a beautiful part of Ohio!

This is a beautiful cabin! Everything we needed was included and the owners were very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub is huge and the enclosed porch overlooking the woods was lovely. We sat outside in the evenings around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows and told ghost stories. We will definitely stay here again! We loved it!
