「The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch...

「 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...
