"Beautiful property, nice pool. We had a relaxing stay. Restaurant is great, the whole place has warm vibe. They have valet service to park car, even charged my electric car overnight, kudos to them. The highlight of our trip is hotel staff. I had lost my ring (gold/diamonds) which I realized after checking out and was really not sure if I lost it in hotel or outside and even lost track of when I lost it. But had informed front desk to look out for it just in case. 4 hours later we get the call - they had found it. An amazing example of above and beyond and a reminder to all that hospitality is not just about making a business run. They have a proper system to manage lost and found - there is a service that can ship the item to you. We are so happy that we had this positive experience and our best regards with the hotel folks. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of character; it felt like we were staying in a living museum with all its unique art and ambiance. You can't beat the location; it's right in the historic plaza with easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants, and galleries. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Santa Fe."
