「Property was ideally located, easy 5 minute walk to downtown Rockford via road or scenic river walkway accessible from right behind the property. It was also an easy drive to LMCU Park for an evening ball game and convenient to northern Kent County to visit family as well as Deer Track Junction which our grandkids love. Everything was as described, the property was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. The only thing that could have been better is there is a nice large deck...

「The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).」

「The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was...
