So we booked months in advance because multiple family need room for a celebration of life.....my wife has seriius back issues and after we booked realized we had check in at 3pm, however we landed at 550am. No way cam my wife fly fro Ca, and sit etc around till 3pm. So i called hotel to discuss check in issues
I figured get car, get breakfast and drive 2 hour we would be ther about 10am. Hotel manager said they would have staff clean room to be ready by 10am. I was so thankful, the managers response was if i was in your position i would hope someone would accommodate in the same way, that is 5 star plus customer service!!!
The room, the staff were great. Come on now endless cookies too !
2nd night issue at midnight and 230am fire alarm in our room went off like there was a fire so yes i went in emergency mode called desk nobody, ran down nobody, it finally stopped but 230am same thing however i disconnected it this time, still no staff.Reporred to desk at 730am,maintenance addressed issue around 930. Anyways it got repaired, so this was our experience. No sleeped wasnt fun either but im not trying to deduct stars because it was an unexpected maintenance issue.
Everything else was great.....expedia took care of us !
We would/ will stay here again if and when we go back
