「The room smelled like cigarette smoke」

I have never had an omelet so light and tasteful! The Rose Room had a private balcony, that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather! I definitely will stay there again!」

「Thank you for allowing dogs on the property. That is a plus. However, I was there four nights and had no courtesy cleaning of the room and I think that should happen at least every two nights with the provision of extra bath towels, etc..」

「Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. 」

「We needed to change our reservation while in route to our destination. We called the hotel to accomplish the change. The staff were so helpful. Everyone did their best to assist with any needs we had. Excellent hotel, excellent staff. We would highly recommend the Sleep Inn in Charles City, IA.」

「This hotel was great a quick one night stay. The gal at the front desk was super friendly. The hotel was full but was never loud. My niece is gluten free and the breakfast had multiple gluten free options. The lady working the breakfast was also very kind and worked hard to keep the breakfast full. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.」

By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?」

「Hot tub and pool closed and wasn’t notified. Building needs work outside. Parking lot needs striped. Smoking area should not be so close to entrance.」
