“The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had which was out of the hotels control was the noise from the cars passing by at night . The staff was polite and courtesy and the food was delicious . The pool was warm and clean”

“The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random,……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Hot breakfast with protein everyday. Every staff member from desk to housekeeper were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a motel! Comfortable bed in rooms with mood lighting. I can’t say enough good about our stay. The entrance drive into the motel is a little tricky to find on busy highway but we’ll worth the effort.”

“I arrived at 3:10 (check in is at 3:00pm) and was told they did not have a room available said it might be 30 minutes or so. So I waiting for approximately 20 minutes before he told me he had a room I could have since the group in front of me went to eat. I had a reservation, no reason a room should not have been ready.”
