「Beautiful condo! Pictures represent this place perfectly, although if you are not traveling with children, the bunk beds are too high or too low for many adults. Our group had some mobility issues, and being from a flat state, it didn’t occur to us that 3rd floor wouldn’t have an elevator. Without those issues, the subway is just a short walk, and the beautiful Dorcester monument is an easy uphill walk away. The roof deck is charming with a view of the harbor. Freedom Trail is not too far....

「This turned out to be an excellent choice for our trip to Boston. The home was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you might need to fix a simple breakfast or a full dinner. 「Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. 「My family of 5 had a great stay. Read the prior reviews and understand that this is not a perfect place and may have some cosmetic flaws, but everything works as it should. It provided ample space for our family with everything we needed. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
