“Thank you for the opportunity to stay here for my solo trip to Hot Springs National Park and beyond to the nearby State Parks in the area. This was the perfect accommodation for my itinerary and it was a comfortably welcoming stay after a day full of hiking, fishing and exploring. Despite multiple calls, texts, emails, and Vrbo messages, there was no response until 17 minutes after check-in.The cabin itself is nice, but the management is unacceptable. There is zero communication, no clear WiFi or TV instructions (there’s 3 remotes for every tv), and an excessive focus on QR codes begging for good reviews instead of providing basic guest……
