「The rooms were exactly as described. We would have spent more time in the spacious game room, were it not for the amazing outdoor covered porch with fireplace. We spent every evening outside :). The kitchen was stocked wonderfully, with everything clearly labelled. I would highly recommend this place for your Durango stay! We woke up every day to the sounds of Elk bugling and the most beautiful scenery. I highly recommend it. 」

「Overall it was very pleasant and quiet. Lots of deer, turkeys and one bear. The most well behaved cat also lives there under the porch. Hot tub and hammockwas very relaxing. Cobwebs on most light fixtures, mattresses in both upstairs and downstairs main bedrooms were worn out. A couple cooking pots were so old and worn out, they were not usable. Minor things, but very fixable. Artwork was beautiful!」

「This was my third time staying at Holly’s s place. It was the perfect size for us. The location was great for walking into town which we did quite a bit. The Animas River is located a street away. We loved sitting on the porch watching the city deer hang out in the yard. Holly’s place had everything we needed and she was very responsive.」
