「The view from the room was fabulous and the room was ok. We stopped twice to check in but on one was in the office! Another guest was ahead of us and he drove away! Other than that it was a great place to relax!」

「The lady at the front desk was so helpful and provide us great information for getting to Dollywood from the hotel. She also expertly handled an issue we had with our room. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.」
