Upon arrival I noticed hair all over the main bathroom floor & the fridge water dispenser water filter needed replaced. We sent photos of said issues and got an apology. 「Communication from host was fantastic! We stayed in the winter season for a conference so we didn't spend to much time at the unit. Check In / Lock was easy. No hiccups. Would be a fun place to stay during summer / warmer season to take advantage of lake and deck opportunities. 」
