「This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

「I could move in here and live. This property was just like home-comfortable with everything we needed including sand toys!!! There was easy access to the beach and anything we needed was nearby. Be sure to visit the Dunes at Jockey Ridge. That was a highlight. And my grandson recommends Treasure Cove mini golf! We look forward to returning to this property in the future. It suited our needs perfectly.」

「We loved Ritzy Roost- It was clean, beautiful and the location is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed and the building had elevator access, and friendly quiet neighbors. The deck was awesome for sunrises with coffee. My ONLY complaint- is that though the management company responds to requests, they don't do anything. Seriously. 「We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here...
