There is also a half bath on this floor for your convenience. The king en suite with private bath is the perfect place to lay your head after a long day of fun in the sun. The second level boasts 4 bedrooms, two of which are en suites. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. The top level is perfect for entertaining. Your chef will love the large kitchen with stainless appliances and ample counter space. Gather the family together in the comfortable dining room to share the day’s events. The great room is just that – Great! The open living area is the perfect place to end your day. Catch your favorite shows on the 50” TV. Cozy up in front of the electric fireplace on those rare chilly evenings. Soak your cares away in the 6 person hot tub on the top level deck. This level also features a king en suite with a jetted tub for the ultimate in privacy.

Summer by the Sea is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
