Beautiful location walking distance from ocean. The home is great elevator assess for wheelchair, bathrooms in each bedroom awesome!

Nice Beach Vacation

The property was as decscribed. We very much enjoyed the outside decks, outside breeze and the ability to have our dog vacation with us. The property has an easy walk to the beach and there is a dairy queen within walking distance. The area is very residential. The property was clean, however, the washer and dryer were very outdated and I ruined some clothing due to rust marks but other than that we really enjoyed the stay. ,

Great house

Wonderful house in a great location. Close to the beach and close enough to Avon for all of the shopping necessaries. The kitchen was a little lacking in pots and pans if you had a larger group but for the 5 of us it worked.

Beautiful location

It was OK for the off season price. The house could use a little more up keep and a few amenity updates. If we had bad weather we would be more bummed out, but we had good weather 5/7 days, so we weren’t in the house too much except the early mornings and evenings. What we liked was the location to the beach and the spaciousness of the house. What we didn’t like was the house amenities. The kitchen was the barest I’ve seen in a house rental this size and the fridge door was broken. The WiFi was spotty at best and only reliable in one section of the house. The hot tub lid was falling apart and water logged and was extremely heavy for one person to take off and put on. No smart TVs. The worst part of our experience was that the Septic tank backed up on the ground floor and spilled over into one of the tubs and bathrooms. We were quick to turn off all the water in use and the rental agency was helpful in getting a plumber out in 1hr. They followed up with a cleaning service the next morning. I don’t know if I blame the house, rental company or chalk it up to season switch overs from a house not being used. Either way, bad evening.

Great space and location. House needs someone to come thru and fix things and update things.

This house is great but items need updated. Outlet exposed, dishwasher old and rusted, lamps broken, kitchen item need updated, many screens broken, and lots of lights out. Wouldn't take a lot to make it great. For what we paid, housekeeping could have been much better.
