“Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. “Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for. “Sentralt hotell med veldig hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var enkel, men god. Flott beliggenhet med tanke på å forflytte seg rundt i Piemonte. Men det er mye støy fra torg og veien som går rett utenfor. Rommene har heller ikke aircondition slik at vinduer må stå oppe. Er nok derfor rommene er utstyrt med ørepropper.”
