  • In Rodengo, the holiday apartment Karspitz with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Alps. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV. A private covered balcony is available.

    This accommodation offers access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue facilities. Three parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed upon prior registration and for an additional fee. Smoking and hosting events are not permitted. The accommodation offers homemade products and provides a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles. There are guidelines for proper waste separation, which will be explained on site. The accommodation is equipped to save light and water, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems. Sustainable materials were used for insulation. The view is gorgeous. The place is brand new. Good amenities. BUT the check in is at 5pm and check out at 9am. They need to change that in order for guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you
