"The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and staff accommodating. We enjoyed a welcoming drink and sweets. The room was clean and the shower great. The location was centrally located. Parking was a bit challenging but we found a lot a few blocks away that was safe and reasonably priced."

"When checking in,husband asked if we could get a room with an ocean view and she was more than accomadating , gave us very large room with a great view,recommended and made reservations for dinner for us at the Tides,again a great view and wonderful dinner. The breakfast had many items and the one we chose was Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Plenty of room for parking. Just all we could ask for."

"Lovely stay at the Maldron Derry. Staff were so welcoming on arrival and during our stay. Special thank you to Caoimhe (Keva) on reception who was just delightful and so helpful. Great location. Great hotel."

"We arrived in for a wedding at a different venue quite early and wanted to see if we could just leave our bags with reception. Instead of this, the front of house team found us a room that was already ready, and got us checked in well before we expected that we could do so. This gave us plenty of opportunity to freshen up before needing to turn around. Later, the front of house team were also able to book us a taxi. Unfortunately it was very delayed in arriving, meaning that we would be late to the wedding, but one of the staff had ordered a taxi that had turned up for them, and offered us to take it so we could get there sooner. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating during our stay, and they are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as you all possibly could!"
