schöne ruhige Lage +++

Danke für die schönen Tage ... ich komme gerne wieder ... eigentlich darf ich keine so gute Bewertung abgeben, damit ich das Objekt leichter für mich habe ;) Spaß beiseite, ein wirklich tolles Appartement, Platz für bis zu 6 Personen ev. 8 aber dann wirds eng, traumhafte Lage ... alles sehr entspannt ... tolle Vermieterin ... Geheimtipp!!!

Absolute Ruhe in der tollsten Umgebung

Wir haben 1 Woche in dem schönen Appartment verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben dort alles gehabt was wir gebraucht haben. Perica und Nedo auch die Mama von Perica haben sich als fantastische Gastgeber erwiesen. So was gibts nicht oft. Die Lage ist einmalig. Wir sagen noch mal Danke für alles. Doro und Irek

Eine schöne Zeit in Kroatien

Das Appartement bose in kanica ist traumhaft gelegen direkt am Strand mit riesigen Balkon und super Ausblick. Die Einrichtung ist sogar etwas moderner wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht von Kaffeemaschine bis Töpfe alles vorhanden. Man sollte über die Gegend wissen, dass keine Bäckerei in der nähe ist. Das war aber nicht schlimm wir haben uns einfach mit Aufbacksemmerl ein schönes Frühstück gezaubert. Die Größe das Appartements war für 4 erwachsene Personen ausreichend doch für 6 wäre es unserer Meinung mit auch nur einem Badezimmer zu eng geworden. Die Vermieter müssen wirklich lobend hervorgehoben werden sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist natürlich auch ein Traum der Einstieg mit der Treppe sehr angenehm. Das Haus stellt auch ein kleines Kanu zur Verfügung mit diesem kann man super die Küste erforschen.

Traumhaft schön und ruhig

am meisten hat uns gefallen, dass wir wirklich vom Bett ins warme Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres nur wenige Treppenstufen hatten. Das morgendliche schwimmen ist der beste Start in den Tag. Die Wohnung war sehr gut und mit allem reichlich ausgestattet, die Sanitärabteilung war neu und es standen reichlich Handtücher zur Verfügung so wie auch zum schlafen genügend saubere Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen vorhanden waren. zu den Höhepunkten zählt an der Unterkunft ganz sicher die sehr großzügige Terrasse die noch durch eine zusätzliche Sonnenterrasse direkt am Wasser ergänzt wird. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die herzliche Begrüßung mit Pfannkuchen und geistlichen Getränken ließ uns die lange Anfahrt sofort vergessen und wir waren sofort mitten im Urlaub. Das schnelle W-Lan ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Dass in unserem Urlaubsdomizil nicht viel los war wussten wir und hatten dies ganz bewusst gewählt. Mehrere Ortschaften wie Trogir und Sibenik oder auch Primosten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das eine Restaurant "Sandokan" vor Ort zeigte eine ausreichende Speisekarte und die Speisen waren frisch, wohlschmeckend und die Preise fair. Gleich nebenan genießt man einen Cafe oder ein leckeres Eis. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastfreundschaft von Perica uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Schöne sonnige Tage am Meer!

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas für Menschen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen! Abgeschieden im kleinen Ort Kanica liegt diese Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen großen Sonnenterrasse direkt am Meer in einer kleinen Bucht. Für Selbstversorger ist die Wohnung ideal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahe gelegenen Rogoznica (10-15 Min. mit dem Auto). Dort kann man natürlich auch essen gehen; es gibt auch ein Restaurant in Kanica, welches wir aber nicht getestet haben. Split ist in etwa 50 Min. erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen nett und herzlich und bei kleinen Problemen mit dem W-Lan wurde sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, größer als erwartet und mit nahezu allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Fernseher empfängt einige englische Kanäle und zusammen mit unserem Laptop und ein paar mitgebrachten DVDs war auch für genug Unterhaltung gesorgt. Wer sich Ruhe, Meeresrauschen und Privatsphäre wünscht, ist mit dieser Unterkunft sehr gut beraten. Wir würden wieder kommen!
