Experience Cotati like a local in this 3 bedroom condo. Step inside this charming property and be greeted by brilliant décor and excellent furnishings. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed and 2 full beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With amenities like a washer and dryer, AC, kid's playroom, BBQ, garage parking, outdoor playground, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. All 3 bathrooms offer showers and bathtubs for your relaxation.

As well as being in beautiful wine country, this is also a micro-brewery haven, including the famous Russian River Brewery. Bear Republic, Hen House, Cooperage, Lagunitas, Seismic, Fogbelt, and Barrel Brothers are just an Uber ride away! Find outdoor adventure with hiking and bike trails, kayak the Russian River, or golf one of our many courses, including frisbee golf! The coast is only 30 minutes away. You'll love Sonoma County!
