This rating would have been excellent, however, although the breakfast offered an excellent choice the hot breakfast was not hot, hash browns under cooked, cold beans, cold bacon, cold scrambled eggs. Really enjoyed the bar and staff particularly friendly. We stayed 5 nights.」

「Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb. My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. 「We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in the Alps. The rooms are simple , but very clean and well maintained.
