Me and my wife needed a short stay in Rome coming back from Almafi to catch a flight home. We really enjoyed the building - it is really cool to use the original elevator and take in the architecture. When we walked in we noticed ear plugs next to the bed that should of been our first clue. The walls and floors are extremely thin, so thin you can hear full blown conversations.

The location of the place was good, but it’s a very rundown building and place in general, the person at the front desk came only for the check in and there is no one there to help; I messaged asking for an ironing machine and never got a response. There is no place to put the soap in the shower nor any place in the bathroom to place anything.

The location was the best thing about this hotel—very convenient and close to everything. The customer service was also very good, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. There was some mold in the bathroom, and there was no bathroom fan, so after using the bathroom, the smell quickly spread throughout the room. We also experienced significant noise from the neighboring rooms, and the sound insulation was quite poor. Overall, the location and service were great, but the cleanliness, bathroom ventilation, and noise insulation need improvement.

Great location and value for your money just follow the check in step by step instructions and you should have no problems. The front desk has limited business hours but you can always get assistance through the what’s app text. I recommend the property a mix of old Rome with a modern flare

Great location. Pretty easy in and out. Room had a dank smell. The bed was super lumpy and used a top sheet instead of a fitted one. The power went out a couple times at night. The shower drain would back up, and the water was cold in the evenings for a shower. Not filthy but didn’t feel clean. It was ok.

The courtyard atrium was such an unexpected surprise. The very quaint old school wooden elevator should be an attraction by itself. The location is very good - easy walking distance all around and its nice to be near the river.
